Preparation
Note the areas of biggest concern and make sure furniture is out of problem areas. We recommend checking that you don't have fragile/breakable items placed anywhere with risk of falling.

​Because our process requires a lot of movement, it's best to make sure fragile glass, china items, and other heirlooms are either out of the way or situated firmly so they won't tumble over.

Vacuum before we arrive

Move furniture out of the area. For additional charges we can assist with moving some small items; but we cannot guarantee moving large, heavy furniture. Within 24 hours of the appointment, pick up any toys and clutter, sweep off your baseboards, and vacuum the area. Removing as much debris and dirt from the carpet fiber prior to a cleaning will help ensure our focus on the deep-down, soiled-in dirt. We can do spot-vacuuming for an additional charge.
